I'm grateful I can do Zumba through Zoom with an instructor who is a wheelchair user. This way I don't have to improvise and modify the moves (since I also do seated Zumba). I also like being able to do it in the comfort of my own home.

ReplyDeleteVery helpful indeed, but when they're wet due to rain or snow, I can't walk on them because the paint becomes very slippery (it's worse for my crutches than for my shoes). People probably wonder why I walk just next to them sometimes to cross the street. Lol. :D
