Twelve years ago today, Stephanie departed from this world and exactly two years later I started this blog in her memory. I can't believe it's been ten years and here I am still posting! Some of you have been with me since the beginning and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support through the years. Even if you started reading my blog in the later years, your support means so much to me.
It's been quite a journey. Over the past decade, I've experimented with different ways to keep this blog going. My interests have evolved and I've explored different paths. I've been very guarded about who I share it with because it's been more of a playground for my thoughts and quite a mess at times.
But messy can be good. It is through that mess that I found my way and I am now ready (and confident enough) to expand. I will still keep Stringtown going and I'll continue to post here fairly regularly, but today I am also launching a new blog. My new blog is more focused on one basic theme. I hope you'll still follow Stringtown, but that you will also follow my new blog. I am planning to post on the new blog three times a week, but I'm also going to be flexible and make changes as needed.
You can click here to be taken to Caboodle of Cozies or click on the link on the right sidebar, which will always be there. The link will take you to the homepage and you'll see my most recent post (only one as of today). If you want to learn more about my new blog, go to that blog (Caboodle of Cozies) and click on "Why Cozies?", which is on the right sidebar.
Also, I want to let you know, I "hid" the label for Qandi on this blog, but her posts are all still there. If you need your Qandi fix all you need to do is search this blog (on the right sidebar) for "Qandi".
And keep an eye out for Bell and Fiona who will soon start to appear on my new blog! (Cats are cozy mysteries after all, don't you think?)
Hope to see you there (and here as well)!
