I'm grateful for the nap Qandi had this morning after being brushed. It was a very short nap of less than five minutes (talk about a power nap!), but she was much calmer when she woke up.

I am also grateful for my naps. Whenever I get less than 7 hours sleep at night, which thankfully doesn't happen too often, I take a nap early in the day and it makes a huge difference in how I feel. My naps tend to be longer than five minutes. :-) Usually an hour to an hour and a half works for me.

I can't agree more. Naps make a big difference! I nap for 20-30 minutes.
