The picture of my beautiful Qandi standing on the floor was taken today and the one of her on the chair was taken a few years ago. She never looks at the camera anymore (in her defense, due to her vision loss, she can't see the camera), but I wanted to show off her sweet face. So I decided to share two pics.
Since her fur was shaved in January, it is growing back nicely. It isn't all back yet, but it's getting there. Until she was shaved and seeing it all grow back now, I didn't realize just how fur-filled she is! Now that she isn't full of knots, she allows me to brush her and snuggle with her everyday.
Qandi's life has never been easy and each year it gets a little bit tougher, but she always touches me with how well she copes with everything. I am a proud catmom and so very thankful we found each other 16+ years ago!
