ABCs of Golden Gratitude -P is for Pumpkin

I'm grateful for all things pumpkin! (Actually, did you know that canned pumpkin is usually squash and not pumpkin?!) Since they are closely related, we'll let that go. 

A few days ago I made pumpkin pie spice chia pudding. It made a great seasonal breakfast (along with my usual hard boiled egg and popcorn)! I had leftover pumpkin, so I also made a pumpkin pie spice smoothie for breakfast another day. It was like pumpkin pie filling in a jar! Both were healthy and magically delicious! 😋
