When I want to satisfy my thirst and hunger at the same time, and I want something fun to drink, this mango lassi hits the spot:
-frozen mangoes
-whole fat, grass fed Bulgarian yogurt
-pinch of ground ginger
-pinch of ground cardamom
Just blend and enjoy! If you want to add more sweetness, add a touch of coconut water or real maple syrup. It doesn't need much! I recommend using organic ingredients whenever possible. A colorful, reusable straw doesn't hurt either!
