I feel like all I ever post these days are movie reviews and pictures of "my" beloved cherry tree. These are two things I'm passionate about and I will no doubt continue posting them, but there is so much more I want to say. I've read multiple times recently that it's a good idea to keep a journal each day of what we're experiencing and feeling during the pandemic. Since I like to write, I like this idea a lot. But I haven't been following through nearly as much as I'd like to. Even my Bullet Journal for March and April is completely blank. I guess I've been busy living my life instead of writing about it. That says a lot considering the only place I go is to the grocery store once a week. Boredom at home is not a problem for me and I'm thankful for that. But writing has it's benefits and it is something that I enjoy. I've also been taking a lot more pictures than just those of the cherry tree that I'd like to share. Like everyone, I think I'm just trying to navigate my way through this very unique time, but I hope to post more of a variety on my blog soon.
In the meantime, here's week five of the cherry tree. This is my favorite phase every year - when there is a combination of pink and green.
Looking back, I can see that my focus shifted from the tiny details to the bigger picture...
