Today I'm grateful for friendly customer service. After my doctor's appointment, I wanted something quick, at least somewhat healthy, and close to home. There are a lot of options that fit that trio of categories, but ultimately I decided on the pizza place that had outstanding and friendly customer service the last time I was there.
A few weeks ago, I had a very difficult time deciding what to order and they were very patient with me. I questioned the price they were giving me and they took the time to explain it. (I ordered something that was a little different from a menu item.) They never appeared to be frustrated or impatient. They answered all my questions and even offered to help me take the vegan pizza with cauliflower crust I had ordered to my car.
Even though I could have paid a little less for a meal, I ultimately decided to reward them for their friendly customer service and eat there again today. One of the same employees that was there before was there again, along with someone new. I again received the same, friendly customer service, and this time I knew what I wanted to order with no questions to ask. I don't eat out often, but when I do, I will consider going there in the future again.
