After watching "Pride and Prejudice", I've become fascinated with the 1800's. It occurred to me recently that the American television show, "Little House on the Prairie" might take place during that time period. I looked it up and it does! The show was on for nine seasons in the 70s and 80s. It must be good to have been on the air for that long! I have never watched the show before. I'm grateful that it is currently on in reruns on t.v. everyday. In a few weeks it will be starting over from the very first episode, so soon I will be able to watch it from the beginning!
“Life is a train of moods like a string of beads; and as we pass through them they prove to be many colored lenses, which paint the world their own hue, and each shows us only what lies in its own focus.” -Ralph Waldo Trine
