People sometimes wonder if I eat meat. The answer is yes, but I am very selective about the kind of meat I eat. This salad contains canned salmon, but it is wild caught from a BPA-free can.
Here are all of the ingredients:
-canned wild caught salmon
-lettuce mix (organic and local)
-green olives (GMO-free)
-pomegranate seeds (organic)
-fresh tomatoes (organic and local)
-hemp seeds (organic)
And my favorite homemade salad dressing (all organic):
-olive oil
-fresh lime juice
-real maple syrup
A bright salad like this hits the spot for lunch on a cloudy day!
