Mashed Cauliflower

This simple, healthy and delicious recipe makes several servings.  It's a great side dish!

INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower
Dash of salt
1/4 cup of your favorite Greek yogurt

DIRECTIONS
1.  Steam cauliflower for approximately 40 minutes, until soft
2.  Mash cauliflower in a mixing bowl
3.  Add yogurt and salt.  Mix it all up and enjoy!

  1. This is one of my favorite sides to make! I use the same recipe as well, only Sea salt or Kosher salt if I use any at all. I try to keep it omitted at all times, and let everyone season their own. Looks great. Thanks for posting :)
